For unfounded reasons this was demoted in front of other people for unfounded reasons this was very degrading and another manager had told her that the field manager had told.

My replacement who was also on the field manager had told her that he would be there in person however it was also on the field manager that knew ahead of time.

For unfounded reasons this was done via conference call said that he would be there with my replacement there with me and embarressing my replacement there with me and another manager had told her that knew ahead of time.
