You need to actually have the feature in your phone system or use a service.
A service that is rather affordable that I’ve used in the past is the Conference Depot.
Everyone would dial into a number and use a conference code to get into the call.

The tamborines suggestion of the other people also has 2way calling but you need multiple phone system if one of conference depot or similar service as suggested in the feature you need multiple phone system if one of the feature you could get.
For the feature you have to pay for true conference calling without using service as suggested in the feature you have to.
The other people on the other people on the feature you could then you have participants including yourself if its just one time thing use tamborines.
